2. Customer Declarations

3.10. Your account must be registered in your own legal name with accurate personal details. You must ensure all registration data is true, complete, and error-free. Registration is permitted only once per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, site cookies, IP address, and shared computer (such as public library or workplace) and cannot be shared with a previously registered account. This means you must register personally. You may maintain only one account. Any additional accounts you open or beneficially own will be considered duplicate accounts. The operator will close duplicate accounts upon identifying the main account. If we close a duplicate account, all bonuses, free bets, and winnings acquired through that duplicate account will be voided and forfeited. If the duplicate account balance does not cover amounts to be refunded, we will seek to recover losses directly from your other accounts.

3.11. A duplicate account is identified when account IP address, personal details, payment account number, and site cookies match an existing account with the company.

3.12. You are responsible for checking your account balance each time you access the website to identify any discrepancies. If you discover a discrepancy, you must inform us at your earliest convenience. Failure to notify within 30 days of the discrepancy means you forfeit the right to any adjustments and the account will remain at the stated balance. You can report account discrepancies through the "contact us" section.

3.13. The operator reserves the right to close or terminate your account and refund or withhold balances without further explanation if we suspect foul play. Outstanding wagers will be honored only if they were properly placed in accordance with these terms.

3.14. You may request to close your account no sooner than 90 days following your first successful deposit. To initiate closure, you must inform us via email at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will process and finalize account closure within 60 days. When you decide to close your account, you must immediately cease using the website. After we notify you that your account is officially closed, the company will no longer be liable for outstanding wagers, which will be voided and declared null.

3.15. Accounts with no recorded activity for 6 months are considered inactive. If an account remains inactive for 6 consecutive months or longer (no deposits and no betting/gaming activity), we reserve the right to terminate the account, and all outstanding balances will be forfeited.

3.16. The operator reserves the right to review transaction records and logs whenever necessary for any reason.

3.17. The casino may offer or terminate VIP membership for any customer at any time at management's discretion.

Your email must include the following information:

(a) A clear request stating that you wish to be fully Self-Excluded (not partially restricted) on a voluntary basis

(b) The duration of the Self-Exclusion period, with a minimum of twenty-four hours

3.22.4. You acknowledge, agree, and accept that you remain solely responsible for all activity on your account while your Self-Exclusion request is pending, within the maximum timeframe specified in section 3.22.1. During this period, the Operator is not obligated to void any account activities, such as placed wagers and incurred losses, based on the argument that you have a pending Self-Exclusion request.

3.22.5. Although a Self-Exclusion request does not automatically qualify you as a Vulnerable Person as defined in section 3.22.5.1, it obligates the Operator to conduct further investigation into your personal situation. You acknowledge, agree, and accept that the investigation outcome may determine that you qualify as a Vulnerable Person in compliance with the Self-Exclusion Policy. As a result, you would no longer be eligible to maintain the account.

3.22.5.1. A "Vulnerable Person" is defined as any individual who:

(a) Has not reached eighteen years of age; or

(b) Is not legally capable of entering binding agreements; or

(c) Displays clear and evident signs of problematic gambling behavior; or

(d) Has convincing evidence of registration and admission to any reliable program for countering problematic gambling

3.22.6. A Self-Exclusion state may be reversed upon communication with the Operator if it complies with the criteria in section 3.22.3.

3.22.7. You acknowledge, agree, and accept that Self-Exclusion is only possible if you already have an existing account with adequate balance. It is technically impossible for the Operator to Self-Exclude persons unknown to us, as Curaçao does not currently offer a national registry of Excluded Persons.

3.23. You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your account to another person. This prohibition includes transferring any assets of value, including but not limited to account ownership, winnings, deposits, wagers, rights, and claims connected to these assets, whether legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition on transfers also includes encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, and gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation, or association in any form.

4. Wager Acceptance Terms

4.1. The casino will only accept wagers performed by registered customers made online through our digital channels.

4.2. A wager is only considered placed and accepted once it reaches our gaming server in the jurisdiction where the server resides. We will notify you through the website when the wager has been accepted and placed. A wager is considered completed only upon acceptance and when recorded in the residence of our gaming jurisdiction.

4.4. Wagers not transmitted in full are considered void and nullified.

4.5. Placed wagers cannot be changed or cancelled by you. If you have placed a wager and then cancelled it, you should check the betting list to confirm that the wager has been cancelled. This can be done in the menu bar. If there is a dispute, you should notify the casino before the wager is finalized. We will then investigate disputes and resolve them as we see fit.

4.7. The company reserves the right to suspend or prohibit any betting on any market at any time without prior notice to you.

4.9. The operator cannot be held responsible if a wager cannot be placed or is not placed successfully due to equipment failure or telecommunication failure.

4.11. Wagers can be placed until a stated deadline. If a wager is placed after the deadline, all such wagers are voided and annulled.

4.12. Wagers placed by credit card or debit card are not valid until payment has been received. If the wager has been placed and commenced before authorized payment is accepted, the wager in question is voided and nullified.

4.13. Your account must always maintain a positive balance or excess amount for you to place wagers. If this is not the case, all placed wagers will be considered void.

4.14. All prices and lines displayed on the website are subject to change. The casino reserves the right to change all displayed information at any time without prior notice or explanation. At this point, we reserve the right to change or void wagers placed that are not in accordance with updated information.

4.15. There are different maximum amount limits for wagers placed on different markets. Maximum wager limits are subject to change without prior notice and are at our sole discretion.

4.16. In association and compliance with any applicable law, the operator may require you to submit evidence of your identity before a withdrawal request is approved.

4.17. In-play information and scores are for guidance only and may be subject to delays.

5. Company Operations and Liability Limitations

5.1. All winnings and losses will be reflected in your account following confirmation of final results. Once the result is deemed final, all winnings or losses may change and will be reflected in your account. The casino reserves the right to choose the source of final results as deemed appropriate.

5.2. You are responsible for notifying us of any errors in your account, should there be any funds credited or debited in error. 6. Website Usage

6.1. The company reserves the right to restrict any customer's ability to use the website (or any other digital channels), to suspend or terminate an account, to void any wagers, and to forfeit or withhold funds. You acknowledge that if your place of residence does not lawfully permit any form of gambling, you take full responsibility for your actions and we are not liable or responsible for any actions you may undertake.

6.2. The casino reserves the right to void any or all wagers made by and/or withhold payments payable to any person, groups of legal entities, as a syndicate, or pending any outcomes of a subsequent investigation by proper authorities.

6.3. In the event of fraudulent or money laundering customer activity, the operator is entitled to void wagers, withhold and forfeit money in your account, and terminate your account. If any other customers are involved in said activity, they will be subject to the same consequences. We will void wagers placed therein.

6.4. "Wrongdoings" and/or "fraud" are attempts to: wrongfully, deliberately, or knowingly transfer funds from a third party's account or funds that are not lawfully owned; acts of omission causing harm to the company or any third party; providing false personal information; "chip dumping"; fraudulent fund transfers; and allowing minors to access the platform. Any such behavior will not be tolerated, and your account risks termination and investigation, along with all parties involved.

7. General Rules and Specific Event Rules

7.1. The following terms apply to the Online Casino:

7.1.2.5. You acknowledge and take full liability that the software is used at your own risk and that the casino is in no way liable to you for any sort of damage inflicted.

7.1.7. Should we suspect fraud or fraudulent activity from your side or on your behalf, we hold the right to withhold any payouts or winnings. The casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal amounts from your account if your live-betting activity acts as grounds for suspicion of card counting.

7.1.8. The operator reserves the right to withhold and/or decline any payouts or winnings made as a result of abuse or attempted abuse of (i) bonuses, (ii) promotions, (iii) new games, or existing games.

7.2. The casino has no responsibility or liability to you or any third party for any gambling activity that takes place (including refund of any losses) if you circumvent our self-exclusion procedures by fraudulent means or by deliberately entering incorrect information. 7.3. Withdrawals:

7.3.1. You can withdraw money from your account only if and when the company has confirmed that the account is eligible for performing withdrawals.

7.3.2. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your account, you must only use payment methods (including but not limited to: credit/debit cards, e-wallets, bank accounts) that are legitimate (per our discretion) and lawfully belong to you.

7.3.3. Available withdrawal methods may differ depending on the market you originate from.

7.3.4. Depending on the payment method you chose to withdraw to, the operator reserves the right to charge processing fees as requested by payment processors.

7.3.5. We will not be held liable for any delays in receiving funds from credit card and bank transfer withdrawals, where processing time depends on external financial institutions.

7.3.6. You may request to withdraw part or all of your real balance at any time. You must first make a minimum deposit to be eligible to withdraw from your account.

7.3.7. In no event may account balances be transferred to another customer's account. All amounts withdrawn are subject to transaction limits and may change from time to time at the company's sole discretion.

7.3.8. You can withdraw in total up to €5,000 (or currency equivalent) from your account for a period of 7 consecutive days.

7.3.9. Your maximum winning amount per day (of any type or kind) cannot exceed €100,000. Any winnings exceeding this daily limit may be subject to deduction by the Company within 30 days of the event giving rise to such excess.

7.3.10. Each withdrawal goes through an identity verification process and certain deposit methods might require additional verification; therefore, you might be asked to provide additional documents. This might result in some delay in withdrawal confirmation.

7.3.11. Multiple withdrawals performed within a 30-day time frame will be charged with a fee of up to 8% of the withdrawal amount.

7.3.12. Prior to withdrawing, you need to complete a 5 times rollover of your deposits. Towards the rollover are counted all settled sports bets with minimum odds 1.6 or higher (Running, Cash-out bets, Tie (Draw), Cancelled, Refunded, Denied bets, or bets placed on multiple outcomes of the same event are not considered towards the calculation of the rollover; and casino bets placed with minimum or no risk). In case you don't meet the requirement of a 5 times rollover of your deposits, the casino reserves the right to reject or charge the withdrawal request with up to an 8% administrative fee.

7.3.13. The operator reserves the right to review transaction records and logs in case of an initiated pending withdrawal from any customer's account. Consequent to these reviews, should we detect a type of wagering realized in a previous bet stake doubling on casino games, we reserve the right to reclaim all unrightfully accumulated winnings generated from the aforementioned fraudulent type of play.

7.3.14. Withdrawals will be remitted only to the same customer's account from which you deposited funds, meaning the original customer's account. The company reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to require the use of a specific withdrawal method. If applicable, we could reverse your deposited funds instead of initiating a new withdrawal transaction.

7.3.15. The requested funds in a pending withdrawal transaction are not sequestered from your available balance. You may continue to wager with the full amount. However, if your available balance at any time falls below the withdrawal amount, the transaction will be subject to automatic cancellation after a grace period of up to one hour.

7.3.16. Funds marked as "bonus money" or stuck in an aborted game will not be available for withdrawal.

7.3.17. If the casino credits your account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to the company. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately via email.

7.3.18. Upon suspicious activity, requirements coming from compliance or regulatory bodies or withdrawal processing, the operator might request the following identification documents:

(a) Proof of identity - photographs of both sides of your identity card, driving license and/or passport

(b) Proof of address – bank account statement, utility bill (mobile phone bills are not accepted) or any similar official document that can prove your recent address. The document must be in your name and not older than 6 months from the moment of the request

(c) Proof of the payment method that was used – copy of the credit/debit card that was used for deposit (on front side – the first 6 digits and last 4 digits must be visible, name and expiry date; on the back side the CVV code must be hidden), proof of ownership of the e-wallet or a bank account statement showing the bank account number and the bank account holder's name

- We reserve the right to request any additional verification documents if needed (including but not limited to: notarized identity verification, source of wealth and source of funds documentation, and political status documentation)

The company is required to collect such documentation in line with its anti-money laundering and funding of terrorism obligations.

7.3.19. All transactions will be checked to prevent money laundering. The casino will report any suspicious transaction to the relevant competent authorities. If we become aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the games on the website, we must report this immediately. We may suspend, block, or close an account and withhold funds if requested to do so, in accordance with the Prevention of money laundering act.

7.3.20. The time for the withdrawal to be finalized may vary due to circumstances, but a withdrawal request should be approved or denied following the relevant department examination within our team.

7.3.21. If you wish to withdraw your winnings, the company has the right to divide the withdrawal into installments until the full amount is paid out. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts.

7.3.22. You must not treat the company as a banking institution nor expect any interest. The operator reserves the right to charge fees for processing withdrawals as mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

7.3.23. Funds which have been deposited and not used for wagering or gameplay will not be available for withdrawal. In order to withdraw any or all deposited funds, such funds must be wagered at least 5 times in full.

7.3.24. Provided payments have been confirmed and you have successfully completed the verification processes, subject to sufficient balance, funds can be requested to be withdrawn from your account at any time.

7.3.25. Bank charges might apply to the transfer of deposits and withdrawals. Payment of these charges will be your responsibility and may vary according to the amount and method of money transferred.

7.3.26. If the level of deposits and withdrawals does not correspond to a sufficient volume of play, the casino may decide to pass on associated charges to you. You are responsible for paying any associated charges to us, either on-demand or where there are sufficient funds in your gaming account by debiting these charges from it.

7.3.27. If your gameplay leads us to believe that you have been abusing exchange rate fluctuations, the company may decide to charge a commission on such transactions. Our currency exchange rates will reflect the daily rates. The operator reserves the right to suspend and close any account that is not being used for the purpose of playing on the platform. The reasons for this include but are not limited to exchange rate abuse and deposits without corresponding play.

7.3.28. You are only permitted to bet up to the amount in your account. Funds held in your account will not entitle you to interest. The casino holds your funds separate from its corporate funds and they are not subject to any specific trust arrangement. All customer funds are held directly by the company.

7.4. Refund Policy

The following policy describes the refund practices for the casino.

7.4.1. If you are funding your account with a credit/debit card, the operator reserves the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as refunds versus the purchases you have made. If your withdrawals exceed the total amount deposited, any excess amount will be paid to you via one of our alternative methods available in the cashier. We will verify that the payment method selected for withdrawal belongs to you by requesting supporting documents.

7.4.2. If any credit card purchases or any other deposits done with other payment methods are considered to carry an unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons either by the casino or its payment solution providers, or if we find suspicious activity or whatsoever, we at our absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice, reserve the right to terminate the account, deduct any fees and notify all the authorities and parties, if relevant.

7.4.3. If for any reason you are not satisfied and decide to close/terminate your account with us, the company will on request process the balance currently held in your account. Before any processing, all bonus funds in your balance will be deducted prior to calculating the amount to be refunded.

8. General Promotion Terms and Conditions

8.1. The following terms govern the Online Sports and Casino promotions.

8.2. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these promotion's specific terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

8.3. When placing a bet during any promotion, real money will be used first.

(d) Placing bets of amounts higher than €12 (or equivalent to € in other currency) or 5% of the given bonus, whichever is lower

8.8.2. Sports bonus manipulation amongst others may consist of:

(a) Placing bets listed as restricted gameplay in the specific promotion's rules

(b) Placing bets on opposite outcomes or repetitive bets

(c) Placing bets on your real + virtual balance more than twice in a row

(d) Increasing the balance and then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game, type, bet structure, etc.) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus

(e) Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus

8.8.3. In case of bonus manipulation, the company reserves the right to deduct all winnings accumulated.

8.8.4. Sports bonus virtual funds can be used for sports betting only.

8.8.5. Casino bonus virtual funds can be used for casino betting only.

8.8.6. Virtual sports bets are not counted towards any casino/sports promotions.

8.9. In cases where you choose to leave a bonus campaign or fail to complete any other withdrawal requirements listed in the specific promotion, all bonus money and real money winnings will be forfeited.

8.9.1. In case there are no specific welcome casino campaign terms, those will be limited with a maximum conversion amount of 10 times (10X) the bonus awarded from virtual funds to real money. Casino reload campaigns are limited with a maximum conversion amount of 5 times (5X) the bonus awarded from virtual funds to real money.

8.9.2. While having an active bonus, you cannot request a withdrawal.

For each casino/sports promotion, registration and participation are allowed only once per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, IP address, and shared computer (i.e., public library or workplace) and similar cases. 8.17. Should you have pending bets that exceed the expiration period of your promotion, all bets will be voided automatically.

8.18. The casino could offer VIP service to certain loyal customers for a certain period of time. VIP membership could be gained only upon an official specific invitation. We have the right to discontinue the VIP service at any time at our sole discretion.

9. Brokerage Betting Terms and Conditions

9.1. The operator is offering its valued customers the ability to place bets higher than the maximum bet amount stated on the bet slip. Requests for such bets can be made only through the bet slip.
